1. Executive Data Mandate

At Finixia Dedecons Pvt. Ltd., we recognize that our Student Leadership & Incubation Program is built on the pillars of strategic trust and high-velocity execution. This Privacy Policy details how we handle the sensitive data of potential co-founders from NITs and leading global universities.

Our program is not a standard internship; it is a fast-track venture building initiative. Consequently, our data processing protocols are designed to protect both the individual identities of applicants and the proprietary intellectual property (IP) generated during the incubation phases.

2. The "Hunger over Grades" Data Pool

In our selection process, we prioritize execution ability over academic metrics. We collect and process the following data points to determine "Hunger" and suitability for C-Suite roles:

• Identity Metrics: Name, age, university affiliation (NIT/Others), and verifiable student credentials.
• Communication Channels: Email addresses, phone numbers, and professional social handles (LinkedIn/GitHub).
• Strategic Artifacts: Pitch decks, video responses, GitHub repositories, and "motivation narratives" explaining the fit for roles such as CEO, CTO, or CMO.
• Psychometric Execution Data: Responses provided during 1-on-1 interviews with the Program Director, BhaskarJyoti Saikia.

3. Strategic Data Usage (The Game Plan)

We do not sell data. We sync data for venture creation. Your information is used to:

• Squad Formation: Allocating individuals to Team A (Campus Aggregators) or Team B (SaaS Builders).
• Virtual Incubation Sync: Providing access to Finixia’s remote-first tech stack, server architecture, and legal umbrella during Months 1–6.
• Milestone Tracking: Monitoring the ₹1,00,000 revenue target required to trigger the "Spin-Off" phase.
• Equity Allotment: Preparing legal documentation for the allotment of 50% Equity to student squads upon hitting incorporation milestones.

4. C-Suite Privacy & Identity Protection

Selected co-founders (CEO, CTO, COO, CMO, CFO, and Head of HR) operate under an exclusive shield. We ensure that during the pre-incorporation phase:

• Public disclosure of team members is minimized to protect market strategies.
• Internal team rosters and squad-specific equity pools are kept private within the Finixia Hub.
• Any third-party mentorship or investor pitching is done under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

As per the program's "Game Plan," Finixia Dedecons provides the Strategic Corporate Shield. All brainstorming, product validation, and MVP codebases are treated as Proprietary Information. By applying, you agree that your data and the venture data will be stored securely on our encrypted cloud infrastructure to prevent corporate espionage and IP theft.

6. Phase 2 Transitions (Legal Incorporation)

Once a team hits the ₹1 Lakh Revenue milestone, we transition into Phase 2. At this juncture:

• Founder data is shared with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) for Private Limited incorporation.
• Financial and tax-related data (PAN/Aadhar) is processed for shareholding allotment.
• 50% ownership records are established in the statutory registry of the new spin-off entity.

7. Rights & Governance

You have the right to request access to the data we hold during the Virtual Incubation period. If you withdraw from the program before Phase 2, your personal identification data will be purged, though anonymized execution data may be retained for program optimization.
